Suhail Qasr Al Sarab
‘Suhail', a star that Bedouins of old used to navigate through the desert. Sample the finest cuts of meat and the freshest seafood flown in from all over the world at this rooftop bar and grill. Guests can enjoy a tranquil atmosphere and sweeping views of the wadi below in cosy armchairs, or in air-conditioned comfort indoors. Accompanying the exquisite cuisine, Suhail boasts a comprehensive selection of fine champagnes and wines in a walk-in wine cave. Ghadeer Qasr Al Sarab
Offering icy treats to help you stay cool at this poolside bar or ‘gathering place for water', as well as popular grilled sandwiches and light meals on an adjoining terrace for casual outdoor dining. By night, the restaurant transforms into a romantic retreat, offering ethnic Mediterranean cuisine with influences from Greece, Spain, Italy and Portugal. Al Liwan Qasr Al Sarab
