Suhail Qasr Al Sarab
‘Suhail', a star that Bedouins of old used to navigate through the desert. Sample the finest cuts of meat and the freshest seafood flown in from all over the world at this rooftop bar and grill. Guests can enjoy a tranquil atmosphere and sweeping views of the wadi below in cosy armchairs, or in air-conditioned comfort indoors. Accompanying the exquisite cuisine, Suhail boasts a comprehensive selection of fine champagnes and wines in a walk-in wine cave. This connoisseur venue can also be set up for private dining, exclusively for unique degustation dinners and wine tastings.

Ghadeer Qasr Al Sarab

Al Liwan Qasr Al Sarab
‘A gathering place' in the lobby, the traditional setting of a Middle Eastern bazaar. Strong Arabian coffee, mint teas, Arabic pastries and dates from Liwa offer distinctly authentic treats, while sweeping vistas of the shifting sand dunes and landscaped gardens create an inspiring atmosphere.
